The archive was originally developed by the writer\u2019s daughter Nvard Grigoryan. The Institute implements digitization and classification of part of the transcripts and minutes from the meetings and discussions of the Armenian Writers\u2019 Union in the 1950-60s, documents showing the work of the Armenian State Publishing House in the same period, reviews of book proposals presented to the Publishing House by its various editors as well as part of Vahan Grigoryan\u2019s letters. The materials are an important source for representing the literary and political contexts of 1950-60s\u2019 Soviet Armenia.
